Where We Ship
We currently ship to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day usually begin processing same-day. All orders go through a standard processing window of 1–2 full business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as the label is generated.
Carriers & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, selected based on your delivery address and package dimensions. Domestic deliveries typically take 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delays caused by the carrier or severe weather are out of our direct control, but we monitor tracking and step in when a package appears stalled for more than 48 hours.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum purchase is required. There are no surprise surcharges for residential addresses or rural deliveries.
