Q: How do I pick the right set for my skin?
Each product page lists full ingredients and the skin concerns it targets. Our “Soft Radiance Kit” is formulated for normal to dry skin that needs long-lasting hydration and a brighter look. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll give you a straight answer — no upsells.
Q: Can I modify or cancel an order after it’s placed?
Because we begin processing within the same business day, changes or cancellations can only be made if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, it moves quickly to picking, but you can still use our free return process once it arrives.
Q: My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t see the package. What should I do?
First, check mail areas, porches, and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes mark items delivered a few hours early. If it’s still missing after 36 hours, email us with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and either locate the package or ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Q: I opened the serum but don’t like the texture. Can I still return it?
If you simply changed your mind, the item must be unopened and in original packaging for a return. Once a product is unsealed, we can’t resell it, so we can only process a free return and refund if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Q: How long until I get my money back?
After your return reaches our warehouse, we approve and issue the refund within 1–2 business days. From that point, it takes your bank or PayPal account about 7–10 business days to display the credit.
Q: Do you test on animals?
We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, and we only work with suppliers who uphold the same policy.
Q: I’m allergic to a specific ingredient. Who do I contact?
